The submitted public origin is processed by our server to resolve DNS and contact the site. The destination and DNS provider can observe these requests. Enter no private or sensitive websites. We do not keep individual check history on the server, store request bodies or send domains to analytics. Recent domains stay in localStorage until you clear them. The short-lived rate limiter uses HMAC identifiers derived from your IP, with a rotating hourly namespace; inactive entries are removed on the next accepted request. Your hosting provider may keep infrastructure logs; configure them to exclude query strings and request bodies. No advertising or analytics scripts are enabled.
